| Guarantee and Warranty
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products, except special orders. Simply notify us of your desire to return the product within 30 days of receipt and then return the item to us in good condition. Once received, we will refund your money usually by reversing your credit card charge or if we are not able to reverse the charge, by company check. It is a good idea to insure your shipment, because we can not give refunds for products that are received damaged. Sorry, special order items are not returnable. Many of our products carry manufacture's warranty including many lifetime warranties. Check the product description to verify product warranty. If you have any questions about manufacturer's warranty, please feel free to contact us.
Damaged Items
If your product is received damaged, please save the original packing materials and contact us immediately. We insure all shipments, but claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt.
